A yummy Superfood addition to my almond milk recipe this morning - Goji Berries 💚
Goji Berries* are rich in phytochemicals - beta carotene and zeaxanthin offering high antioxidant properties and are rich in vitamins and minerals - Vitamin C, Vitamin B, Pro Vitamin A, Calcium, Selenium, Potassium alongside protein and fibre.

The Nutribullet proved to be popular but I didn’t mention the 🌟 of kitchen gadgets - the humble slow cooker!
I encourage all of my clients to use one, it saves so much time and minimises the washing up! Just throw it all in and forget about it until it’s time to sit down to a delicious, nutritious home cooked meal, it’s great for batch cooking too!

You've inspired me this morning Lynda. Soup made, veg & bean casserole in the slow cooker & first attempt of home made yoghurt! 😊

I need ideas for vegetable slow cooker ideas as really gone off meat in a slow cooker mines a morphy Richards one. Xx

I have a Ninja Maxi, its ace I've made yoghurt, dehydrated chicken for the dogs. Usually use it as a slow cooker chilli is a favourite but need some new recipes. Trying to cut down on red meats x

I’m a bit of a fan and I do use them all - blender, juicer, spiralizer, nutribullet but I love my Nutra Milk (my most indulgent gadget) quick and easy nut/seed milk and butters in minutes.😍 lovely almond milk made this morning 😋
